According to something I heard on the radio a short time ago, apparently now Trump is attacking the mayor of San Juan on his goddamn Twitter account.

If true, it only reinforces my conviction that this disgraceful excuse for a human being can't even bump into 'classy' by accident.

I've heard the same thing. People are dying. A humanitarian disaster is unfolding.

And this cunt cannot think of anything else other than his own appearance and reputation.

The lesson from the hurricanes is that if you live on an island you are on your own when the storms pay a visit.  Given the condition of Puerto Rico the thinking is that a large percentage of the people will simply leave and move to Florida and New York.  There's no real reason for the people to stay there now.

Oddly enough, the Dutch and the French didn't seem to have any issues delivering help to St Martin in the wake of Irma, which wrecked that island.

Perhaps governmental commitment plays a role?

These little EU countries have evidently not been made great again, else they would not remain fixated pathetically on liberal socialist issues like the lives of citizens who are mostly not in the top 1%.

As I've said before, when Trump croaks there will be dancing in streets for joy by billions of people around the world.  It will be the most popular event in human history.
