WTF is Spiritual Warfare?

I didn't hear anything like this during my Catholic upbringing? Maybe I wasn't paying attention, but this is a new term for me. I googled it and read a bunch of spooky shit about demons and whatnot, but I couldn't find anything like a dictionary definition. So what is it?

Maybe it's smearing "satan" on disbelief and declaring war on it. At least believers pay taxes and are sober usually.
