You can do it, and if you cheat, don't do what I use to do and say "this is the last time I will cheat and so I am going to eat whatever I want and it will be the end of it" and I am end up eating a whole Ice container, a bag of chips, and some other stuff.

If you cheat, don't ever make that an excuse to eat more "it will be my last time so I will just enjoy more and more".

I must have done that stupid excuse binge eating so many times!

I am still at 11.something regarding body fat ratio. I need to lose 3-4 percent more and I will have abs! But I haven't been gaining much muscle or losing fat.

I used to cheat a lot. Lots of excuses.

I've already lost about 4 pounds.

I've gained 8 pounds with my muscle fat ratio the same 11.4%.

I'm about 4 pounds away from what I weighed Sophomore year in H.S.-215. I think I can do this in 2-4 weeks. I'll still have a lot of weight left to lose, but it's something.
By BMI I'll have moved form mildly obese to just overweight.

Dude, that is awesome. I'm going to keep that four-week milestone in my head for you. If you do it earlier, great. If not, oh well. I'm here to celebrate either way.

My dieting is going stellar. My weight loss goes crazy because I drink a shit-ton of water and I'm a woman, so there's a time of the month when I inexplicably weigh five pounds more for three days. Nonetheless, I'm eating better for the most part. I still eat too many frozen meals, but that won't change. I'm definitely consuming fewer calories and I've completely knocked out baked sweets except for fiber one bars and tiny pieces of a sheet cake I made and cut into 75-100 cal pieces before freezing last week. It's turned out to be one of my better ideas.
