when you listen to say some kind of sound all your life it becomes the norm for you. As in, the sound becomes the "silent" or norm for you, it could be that God was talking to us from the beginning of time so much so that it became normalized and we no longer "hear it". Maybe we should listen more. Just saying.

Okay, so maybe "God" has been talking all along. Is that it, are you just going to stop there? Or are you postulating some way to test for that 'maybe'?

Is he? And what exactly is he busily beavering away at doing? Must be something really important, right? After all, he could be doing something like solving world hunger, or curing disease, or regrowing amputees limbs or something useful. What is it that he finds to be more important and urgent than those things?

I honestly believe that helps you get by. That it stirs the fires of your purpose and gives your humanity meaning. I can honestly believe that you believe you know. Wait wait wait! Guys you got sidetracked. Food is not the issue here. It's about where LR gets his knowledge of what god wants him to do and it turns out that he reads in newspapers to see what "scientists say" and then if they say "don't eat this" or "don't have sex with that" he doesn't so that god doesn't send a new disease or earthquake or some other punishment.
