Well, the price for yesterday's planned carb heavy day is precisely one pound for me and 1.4 pounds for Mr. A. Unfair as I ate more than he did, but there we are.
It should come off in the next three days or so if past experience is any indication. I gave away or threw away all the left overs except some barrek I froze for the girls to have this summer. So, no temptations left around the house. Beginning next week I will be cheating off and on for a month, as I will be in Spain and eating low carb while traveling is hard especially foreign travel since language barriers make it harder to ask for salad instread of lotatoes and so on. But, we'll be in apartments mostly and I'll cook, so it won't be one long cheat. The funny thing though that I always come back slimmer from trips. I think it's all of the walking. If I had a job as a postwoman with a walking route, I could probably eat anything and still be slim. I'm looking forward to cooking with great ham, cheeses, olives, and seafood, not to mention affordable lamb, duck, and rabbit.

Down 50 total from my peak. I'm off to enjoy a delicious* protein shake for lunch. *delicious only in some markets |
