The incident started with the fire department showing up at the apartment complex. They called police who approached the man. He ran away from them and got three blocks before they caught him and started trying to cuff him.

I guess the fire department got on the radio and said "Hey, fellow civil servants, we've got an easy one for you.  Lone black guy..unarmed...you can run up your score real easy."

I wonder when they started to "fear for their lives?"  When he ran away or when they caught him and started beating on him?

When they woke up in the morning, is my guess.  Might have been part of what lead them to be a cop in the first place.

And the SCOTUS just reaffirmed the pigs' right to shoot anyone whenever they want to without asking questions.

Supreme Court backs Arizona policeman accused of excessive force

No wonder the motherfuckers are out of control.

The three officers arrived at the edge of the metal yard fence and drew their guns. Hughes did not respond to orders to drop the knife as she walked toward Chadwick, and Kisela opened fire, according to court records. Kisela told investigators he saw Hughes raise her knife, but the other officers said they did not.

They can't even get their story straight and the court doesn't care.

Tell me.... did the cop fear for his life or was he afraid the guy was going to make him take a shower?

Killed By Police 2018 shows that through March 30 the cops had killed 317 people for a rate of 3.5 per day.  This is slightly higher than the last year's 3.3 but is to be expected with the administration running the country.  I wonder what their target goal is?  5 a day?  6?

Starbucks apologizes to black men handcuffed and hustled out of Philadelphia location in viral video

Starbucks Coffee apologized on Saturday for an incident at a Philadelphia location when two African American men were removed from the store by over a half dozen police.
On Thursday, video of the police action was posted on Twitter by Melissa DePino.

“The police were called because these men hadn’t ordered anything,” DePino reported. “They were waiting for a friend to show up, who did as they were taken out in handcuffs for doing nothing.”
The racial implications of the arrest was apparent to the eyewitness.

I smell a lawsuit.

Didn't know hanging out in a starbucks without ordering anything was an arrestable offense, but you never know what kind of things people call the police over when a black person does it. I didn't see if it mentions how long they even waited.
