Thanks guys, last night I left my ribs in for a very long time, seemed like 3 or 4 hours, hell yea that was far more tender. Put a pan of water under it, added some soda and beer, that helped a boatload too.
Gonna do that with my grill when I buy one. RE: Any good barbecuers here?

Cut out the water, use apples and onions (they have water in them..but also flavor) - tellin ya man.....
 (bonus points if you sit them on top of cassava...so that they steam rather than simmer in the juice)
