It was never about how high one could go dummy, it was about getting into heaven though technology; We're not talking about the sky, were talking about a different dimension.
Now what mainstream science has stated about the Great pyramid being able to focus electromagnetic energy, we're talking about technologically advanced people.
One minute you are telling us that our puny human minds can't understand god, now you are telling us that gos mixed languages up because they were about to invade another realm.
Seriously dude you need help.

Lucky me. I don't have to wonder. I just come here and there's Huggy!

The people who built the fucking thing didn't know what electromagnetism was, so how were they supposed to use it?
It's amazing 'science' always seems to 'find' whatever it is funded for, and never the oppsite. Drich.

They were so advanced that they had a building that could penetrate other dimensions? Where are you getting that from? Is your 'reasoning' along the lines of:
- The story says they built this tower
- "God" got nervous about it, enough to fuck with their language
- It can't have been simply due to the tower's height, for the reason I gave above
- So it must have involved some other dimension than the usual four
- Therefore they were incredibly technologically advanced, to construct buildings that could do that
?
Because if so, you may want to keep hold of the "dummy" descriptor. It fits you so much better.
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

I guess if you ignore the fact that many scientists were also religious... it's not like they're mutually exclusive or anything.
There, fixed it for you with something that is mutually exclusive and makes perfect sense...
Atheists are jealous of theists, generally speaking.
Plenty of atheists on this forum are unhinged, depressed and suicidal, I mean, how dare anyone enjoy being a theist.

Plenty? Some people here do admit they are depressed or were depressed in the past and that is just human nature: sometimes you're sad and sometimes you're happy.
Now, of course, being depressed is a taboo in religions. Like Scientologists constantly spy on each other to see if they're smiling all the time and if they're not then they get reported and punished. I also see many religious people here (if not majority) delve deep into fantasy world like believing ancient primitive people built portals to another dimensions, or believe world is flat or 6 day creation etc. which are symptoms of serious mental problems and escape from obviously harsh reality that they can't handle.
