It's called "killing someone for no moral reason other then it feels right" . Sorry if i'm going to kill someone it's going to have to stand on firmer ground then that.
It’s called killing someone for the moral reason that they hurt people for sexual pleasure, and they should pay for the crimes they chose to commit.

That they should pay does not mean that we should kill them. No ones advocating that we just let them skate, right?

How do you define justice?

Again this begs the question is this a moral reason to kill a prisoner ?

The punishment doesn’t even fit the crime, Khem.

In my opinion yes, it is a moral reason to end a life. No question.

Can we not do this, honestly? I define justice as something identifiably separate from emotional satisfaction. That really ought to be enough to contextualize my question..shouldn't it? We're not really arguing that point...surely...?

I think you'll find many comments about life in prison being "torture". If that's not advication of eventual release, I don't know what is.

Even if that were so....if a person serves 50 years...they didn't skate.
