That's what pc and sj are about, in context of race in the US. You could google any number of protests, boycotts, PACS, watchdog groups, and outreaches - all of which are doing that work. Let wonder lead you to knowledge.

Ultimately, it won't end the problem of racism in it's entirety, and it won't turn back the clock on the historical and persistent effects - but it's a good start.

You should be aware...that your complaints of white victimization are the normalizing language of white supremacy, which gifted to the world a president that you hate (and more broadly, an american political body that's doing some pretty silly shit -locally and globally). If all I was doing to combat racism and poverty, in the whole world, and in all of my life..was pointing this out to you..I would still be doing more to combat racism and poverty than a person airing those grievances and anxieties as though they were anything other than some racists talking points regurgitated. As it so happens, I'm mostly working on white poverty at the moment, lol. I run a non profit farm for the benefit of economic assessments on alternative agricultural models. Here in the states, most who would benefit are rural land owners (read; poor whites in the bible belt) - though..globally, and hopefully someday in the states as well....more non-whites will fit the profile. My wife is working with the county to increase funding for programs that deal with the homeless (since our county has none and depends on other counties) - with a focus of food, shelter.....and employment (it helps that she's the person doling out jobs at the local toyota subsidiary, huh?). She gets the food from me (we started a food bank in-house at the sub), we rent the rooms from local hotels until people get on their feet. Small potatoes, I know..but we're not exactly rich so we're limited in what we can do by who we can partner with. The local kroger, days inn..and a couple of the employers in the industrial park have been immensely helpful. The county is, at least, receptive..but strapped for cash themselves. Then there are the donations from rank and file joes. Just employees who hear our sob stories about some family living in their car in the parking lot and lo and behold...first and last months rent materializes in dollar bills from all corners - clothes and toys and toiletries. Here again, mostly whites, but a fair few mexicans hiding from la migre.

So, in sum, go fuck yourself...now you owe me 1 million dollars, and you owe the boards 150? Some of us actually put our money where our mouth is. Others are just mouthy, especially in areas where they really ought to clam right the fuck up.

You've alienated yourself by swallowing the alt rights divisionary rhetoric in opposition to positions that define themselves by a push to greater equality.  This is working as intended, as far as they're concerned, being the entire goal of white supremacist normalization.
