I scraped it off of gbatemp.net forums one day when looking for an appropriate response to some deep AI silliness in a Civ 4 succession game I was playing in, and think it's perfectly appropriate for this site.

Sadly, I think that would violate the forum rule against pornography. Think of the children!

I don't know if it's possible given the forum software, but it would be a blessing if a larger display of the list of available smilies were provided, preferably one that is resizable. If not, perhaps it would be helpful to provide two links in the edit window, one to the current display of smilies that it provides, and a second to a separate web page which provides a larger overview of the selection of smilies, so that users could open that page, find the smilie that they want, and paste the code into the editor without having to do all the scrolling around that is currently required.

I think the spirit of that rule, or at least its intent, was to prevent people, children especially, from being exposed to nudity which might be offensive or inappropriate for their age (in the case of minors). That it takes the form of a cartoon emoji doesn't seem to help in that regard.
