It's looking more and more likely that the president has been subpoenaed by special council, and that the arguments are scheduled to follow the midterms. If there was ever a time to throw the reddest meat at the most rabid portion of your base. It's now.

IF this were to actually come to pass, and SCOTUS upheld it, it would be an unmistakable signal that the rule of law is over, and that we live in a failed republic. Though IMO, we're already there and have been for some time. |
