My God said that intellect is a hindrance to faith and He's correct. It's easier for a child to get into Heaven than an intellectual because they think they are smarter than the Creator of the universe. Not an insult, just a fact. I admire intellect but feel sorry for intellectuals that think they are too smart to "fall for" God's Word.
That boils down to ignorance is bliss. Now fuck off and go be blissful with other chimps in your banana heaven.

Ahhh, I know you've already gone but on the off chance you happen to read this by browsing the forums, just know, I'm not sarcastic or abusive for any old reason. Actually I don't think that response WAS sarcastic or abusive, I think it was pretty damn constructive. But again, you don't want to listen. Maybe it's too late for you, but hopefully to other people who happen to read this they may realise how stupid you actually look and how easily you could do something about it.

Believe the banhammer fell. (all hail my "dolls", whose prophecies have once again been fulfilled)
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Wow, I was gone for a couple of days and I missed the whole "Stucky" thing. I wish I could have sat him down for a talk.

Perhaps have a chat with Lucent. He may have bought a ticket for the same train.

Your opinion counts for nothing but gossip, as you bring no proof to this party.

" It is urged that man knows that whatever is , must have either had a beginning or have existed from all eternity; he also knows that whatever is not external must have had a cause. When this reasoning is applied to the universe, it is necessary to prove that it was created; until that is clearly demonstrated we may reasonably suppose that it has endured from all eternity.
We must prove design before we can infer a designer. The only idea which we can form of causation is derivable from the conjunction of objects, and the consequent inference of one from the other.
In a case where two propositions are diametrically opposite, the mind believes that which is least incomprehensible;--it is easier to suppose that the universe has existed from all eternity than to conceive a being capable of creating it. "
The poet Shelley wrote this over 200 years ago and I'm with him.
A man is born to a virgin mother, lives, dies, comes alive again and then disappears into the clouds to become his Dad. How likely is that?

Oh the irony in that statement, the sweet, sweet irony.
Translated...."In order to have faith you need to be stupid"
And this out of the mouth of a christian.
