Like I said, it depends on the disorder. Is the behavior harmful to society? If so then it's unacceptable.

I think we can all agree that pedophilia is unacceptable.

I don't see how it's just an MMA issue... All things being equal, biological man has a physical advantage over a biological female, a man "identifying" as a female does not change that fact.

How do you suggest they handle this issue?
