Is atheism a belief?

You believe in some god, well...fine I guess?  Other people don't.  In what way is that disconcerting?

Who is right, what is the truth?

Dark night of the soul, I guess?  IDK exactly what's eating you, but it's usually not the case that the answer to the question of whether or not there is a god is relevant to the thing the faithful find worrisome, but some other thing they've attached to the god idea.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Academic, really, since atheists do "believe things" in the existential sense.  Tons of things.

I don't think to believe in God is like believing in loyalty.

To believe in God is likely to mean to worship God, and to worship God means to do his will, so it's all defined by the fruits a person carries that makes him believe in God or not.

Believing in God is not something you do in your head, like thinking for example. It's about being who you are.

Kinda like priests who believe in God, and rape little boys ?

As you can see, you don't have to say much around here for the Thought Police to go after you. Divergence from the accepted parameters of belief leads to automatic abuse.

The bullies here think it's good to bully people.

Still equivocating that word, I see.
