Pushups are great.
I love the burn, especially when you slow them right down. Try experimenting with where your arms are and how wide apart. Then you can work different parts of your chest, arms and abdominals. :-)
By April 15 i will try more positions .
In the meanwhile i am going to keep repeating these 4 types I am lazy while i do it , tired after doing it . But i should be able to feel good after a month

I have a dusty stationary bike that I am going to dust off and start using again. I also just got a resistance device to try to tone up my arms, chest, back, and shoulders. You guys have inspired me to do something. |
