Anywho, I'm gonna hopefully go for a run today evening. Did some basic bodyweight exercises at home a while ago.

Ashwin39 - you went from doing 40 pushups to 120 in 11 days - 26 March to 6 April. I workout regularly and have done for years and I fail to see how that is possible, even with tearing the fuck out of your triceps and pectorals, which would disable you from doing ANY for at least several days at a time. Basically, colour me skeptical.

Its more like this , Warmup Pushups 120 (30*4) Squats 20 Crunches 60 (20*3) In the beginning i only did it for 15 to 20 min max . Then i have been focusing on pushups , nowadays it takes me around 45 minutes to complete these steps . 5 minutes gap between every 30 pushups . RE: Where do i discuss about getting fit ?

Hmmmm - perhaps - but tbh I had assumed you'd been doing several sets too, as do I...what's your build and how much do you weigh Ashwin39? I'm of the broad shoulders/heavy set (fatish too) variety - abt 16 stone and 6 foot 1.

This is me , 75 kg 5 feet something i don't remember the exact measurement unless i measure now .
I have tried to stop doing at 60 many times , but i thought why not just push it to a 60 more somehow . I am very exhausted after i finish working out , lol
You don't know how tall you are?! WOW! Anyway yeah, I guess your being much lighter/slimmer than me could explain how I tear my muscles like that if I push hard.
