I was thinking this morning that it could be possible for cows to go extinct.

Can you make cheese out of almond milk?

Don't talk to me of sheep or goats, that cheese tastes odd and I don't like it as much as a good cheddar or gouda.

You can’t make cheese out of almond milk because there is no such thing as almond milk. You can congeal almond juice to get a vaguely cheese-like mass, but it ain’t cheese.

Same same. Same for soy, macadamia, oatmeal, walnut and all other non-milks. Cheese is a dairy product. Dairy is derived from milk. Milk comes from teats. Nuts, grains and legumes are conspicuous in not having teats.

Not to say that these products aren’t yummy - some of them are delicious (particularly macadamia). But they’re not milk.

Cattle are unlikely to go extinct aside from us going extinct - at which point their extinction is assured.
