Everyone knows that we can't call for precisely zero murder by cop, that would destroy the institution.

You're trying to make it look like it's rampant and I don't agree with you. Like I said, bad cops need to be punished. I happen to think most cops are good.
There are three types of cops:
- Bad cops (We all know what a bad cop does - terrible things, abuse their power, target African-Americans simply because they are racist, etc)
- Good cops (ones that do not partake in these activities, but condone the bad cops' behavior and never report them to anybody of auhority)
- Honest cops (ones that, not only does not partake in bad cop behavior, but actually report the behavior of bad cops to try and change things)
So yes, most cops are good. Very few are honest. Blue wall of silence. Snitches get stitches. If you're a good cop by these definitions, you're complicit. Thus ACAB.

I referred to people helped by cops, not by everyone not killed by cops. I was implying that most cops are good cops.

I referred to people helped by cops, not by everyone not killed by cops. I was implying that most cops are good cops.
As I've said before, it's not a good cop/bad cop issue. It's a police culture issue. Good cops don't rat on bad cops, and are ostracized (or worse) for trying to stop bad behaviour by their colleagues.
