Jason Statham reacts to the news that COVID may now be too contagious to be kept in check by the measures we’ve been taking:
Comparing the Universal Oneness of All Life to Yo Mama since 2010.
I was born with the gift of laughter and a sense the world is mad.
Look for a massive spike in the next few weeks. Florida has fully reopened. A lot of those people who missed out on their summer holidays are going to take them now and bring back a special souvenir to all their friends and neighbours.

Some of the uncertainty at the beginning has resolved. I kept a low profile then, and it's going to be lower now, what with the increase in cases. We're at about 1/1200 infected where I'm at, spread over the entire duration. I hope that it stays that way.
If you get to thinking you’re a person of some influence, try ordering somebody else’s dog around.
Just found out my brother has COVID. Wonder if this will have any effect on his belief that it's a hoax. He, his wife, and son are died in the wool republicans who believe it's a hoax that will go away after the election.
The surprising thing is that it took him this long to catch it since he is a corrections officer.

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

It's great fun going to the doctor during this time with a sinus infection. Luckily I had a follow-up appt. scheduled and didn't have to call and describe my symptoms to someone who was going to have me in a HAZMAT suit to be seen. Fall allergies often lead to sinus infections for me.
There were two women at the front desk at the doctor's office signing people in and taking temperatures. One has her mask on...with her nose completely exposed. I mentioned it to the nurse...when I checked out the woman had her mask on correctly. You would hope that in a medical office they would be following protocol. Yeesh.
Poor Fauci, he knew Trump would axe/ fire him sooner or later, but, for the greater good, he decided to suffer Trump and you can't say he didn't really try to play calm and neutral as long as he could, but that would only buy him some time until Trump turns on him as well.
Quote:Trump calls Dr. Anthony Fauci a 'disaster,' says Americans 'are tired of Covid' as nation faces spiking cases
