Martin Luther vocal critic of a philosophy that wouldn't exist till hundreds of years after his death . Openly supported chattel slavery so he's clearly African American icon who's worlds hold huge sway over their populous

You holding onto your ignorance is my bliss.
Hmm ignorance you say . Says the person who got confused over something that's almost impossible to be confused about .

So are you sure it's not your ignorance that your feeling? Hehe

I kind of agree with your general sentiment, though.

Boru
I clearly used MLK in the last paragraph and i'm not the first person to use the his first or  middle name alone .

But happy you agree with the sentiment Great

I understood your poorly written missive.

You can't spell, can't use punctuation correctly, use words incorrectly, and generally sound quite uneducated in most of your posts.

If you are as smart as you seem to think you are, perhaps you could try conveying this vast intelligence in a manner that doesn't require a decoder ring to decipher.

Glad you can read my message

I can spell, I can use punctuation, and use words correctly in 3 other languages. None of them being English by your logic you sound uneducated unless you can speak fluent Inuktitut.

Funny how I'm not smart or capable of being understood. Yet over the three years, I have been on this forum where I have gotten hundreds of thoughtful responses to my comments from people who clearly understood my writing and clearly didn't think I sounded "uneducated" I'm not even going to get into my RL career as a psychologist. A field an uneducated fool can succeed in apparently

But please let none of that stop you from calling me stupid and uneducated and having you little laugh with Biker

Prologue: This isn't a pissing contest ...

I wasn't gonna comment on the few previous posts, but I find myself unable to ignore it, and I can't just let it slide.

I am unfamiliar with what the psychology education is where you live, Sungula, but it's very disappointing reading how a basic omission of 'King' in your first 'Random Thought' cascaded into this fucking stupid & pointless exchange. When a simple analog of "oh, right. My bad: I meant Martin Luther King throughout."

I just have to ask: Why?

---

For what it's worth, English is my 3rd spoken and written language, and I'm well aware that forming my thoughts in a different native tongue is reflected in my English sentences, both syntactically, grammatically and spelling. So don't write that shit as-if it doesn't matter; one non-native English speaker to another.

---

Back to the scheduled programming of random thoughts:

Sometimes I wonder if my own farts smell very differently to someone else's olfactory sensation, than to mine. I mean, is it even possible to get the same level of disgust, if I farted unknowingly, as others in close proximity, or am I merely a smug fart-huffing asshole? I must know.

I knew you weren't a native speaker of English based on comments you have made.  I would never have guessed based on your mastery of the English language...which can be a challenge.

I have no interest in a pissing contest either so I'll just answer your questions

1. Because I don't think it was my bad. I'm legitimately baffled at how anyone could think I was talking about Martin Luther the Medevil theologian when discussing a critique of socialism or the attempts by Conservatives to sway black people to Conservatism using said critique. All because I didn't put the word king somewhere. Simply how I feel about it.

2.To your question about your farts. I imagine it depends on the person. As for the question of yourself, I doubt you could get the same level of disgust.

Ambiguity is always musty.

I was merely, admittedly quite aggressively, pointing out the importance of clearing the air of ambiguity, ending with a flat, smelly, pun.

...

OK, I'll stop with the jokes for now. I must.

I was not confused, Dumb Fuck, the point is that you should try to communicate in a clear manner.  If you are really a psychologist you hopefully communicate much better with your clients.

And if you really are a psychologist, I pity your clients because you don't listen and you don't convey information in a clear manner.

There's a huge difference between psychology and psychiatry. The former is just talk, talk, talk, while the latter hops you up on psychotropic drugs and treats your brain like a chemical soup. The first in line is almost always the docs, though, like GPs.
