I dislike talking to strangers much less confronting them. and in Oklahoma where anybody can be packing heat, its especially unwise. speaking for me it's not worth the risk. and it's not like they'd listen anyway. chances of them changing their minds? zero. chances they could kick my ass or shoot me. probably on the low end but it's definitely not zero. LOL

Do you say anything to anti maskers in public?

Guess who is also a mask under the nose asshole.
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
I don't get close enough to people who aren't properly masked to interact with them, so no, I don't.
Just left the grocery store, later than my usual visits there, and I noticed that people don't seem to understand the marks on the floor for six foot distancing.
Saw one woman with her mouth barely covered, nose completely exposed with two kids with her who are plenty old enough to have been wearing masks...they weren't. I got out of that aisle. I understand people are burned out with this but it's not going to end if they don't start following some simple safety protocols. Back to before the sun comes up grocery shopping for me.
"Sorry, I didn't know my fist was wound up and ready to strike. Guess I should promote more social distancing..."
Playing Cluedo with my mum while I was at Uni: "You did WHAT? With WHO? WHERE???"
If you watch traffic on the streets you shouldn't have been surprised by the difficulty some people have with social distancing. I slowed down to 25 mph in a 50 mph zone the other day, and the car about 33% of the safe following distance behind did the same. The driver was having an animated discussion with his passenger. Low speed crashes usually do less damage.
Died-in-the-wool pro-maskers are an interesting phenomenon: solo in a vehicle wearing a mask (and sometimes nose exposed.) Are they frightened they may forget to put it on at their destination? Did they simply forget to take it off? How snotty must these things be? (I'm not addressing NHS nurses going house to house visiting...)
And then there's the pretentious fuckwits who hang a monogrammed mask from the interior mirror whilst they're out shopping. Ooh, look at me. Twats.
Having only (most of) one functional lung is fun these days. I down-mask when nobody's around and up-mask if they appear to be getting close. I don't know if this really works but fainting and/or gasping for air gets more attention than I want.
