I have determined that there is a conspiratorial cabal made up of classic rock stations, both broadcast and internet. Even though they have (depending on how you define it) somewhere between 50 and 70 years of classic rock to choose from, they have clearly gotten together and decided to play the same 28 songs in a white-knuckle rotation. And five of these songs are AC/DC.
More investigation is required, as I have yet to suss out the nefarious purpose behind all this.

When you convince people that a book full of incoherent ramblings has hidden messages and warnings for them
teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"

This isn’t a new one (and not exactly a conspiracy) but I found out that one of the urban legends about Fred Rogers is that he was a convicted child sex offender, and part of his sentence was to host a children’s television show.
This is like a convicted arsonist being put in charge of maintaining the fire extinguishers at a munitions factory.
