It doesn’t much matter what one puts on a pizza - ham, pineapple, the Times colour supplement. None of it makes a difference. All pizza is awful. Pizza is the suppurating boil on the buttocks of the culinary world. It is the bagpipe music of food. If pizza were an actor, it would be Keanu Reeves. If it were a politician, it would be Benito Mussolini.

I assume your granny never dragged you to a lutefisk feed. With fare like that, it's no wonder Vikings didn't fear death.

The only reason lutefisk qualifies as food is because eating it is the only way to get rid of the stench.

For the "no fruit on pizza" (hope you got rid of the tomatoes and peppers) crowd...

1 Naan flatbread.
Sauce lightly with plum sauce (sweet and sour in a pinch).
Sprinkle on a bit of Gouda cheese.
Top with kiwi, mango, pineapple, papaya, and super hot spicy chicken (super hot, as in "flamethrower aimed at your tonsils = medium hot").
Cover with more Gouda cheese.

Bake at 375 until the cheese is melted and the edges of the Naan have just started to crisp up.
