I find it refreshing when a politician openly admits their mistake, and especially this mistake at this divisive time. How far back in the past are people willing to go to hold others feet to the fire? Maybe she did do it for politics originally, however, political views can/should change as the country changes.
The guy in the vid failed to adequately express all the opposition points in the Equality Act, some of which appear valid to me.
But it shouldn't be surprising that I don't always agree with the far left.

Well, I do see your point, and I hope she is genuine, but if she is being honest about it, from this point forward it should be reflected in her votes on any legislation regarding the human rights and protection thereof of the LGBTQ+ community. She is going to have to put up or shut up.
