The Amazing Atheist was banned because his podcast joked that Trump won, in a satirical way. It was pretty obviously a joke. They don't believe it. And Vaush was banned just for saying the word 'cracker'. He wasn't even using it as a slur or calling anyone it. He just repeated the word.

Irrelevant they ruled they broke TOS so they got banned. You can disagree with the ruling but it's their site so their ruling is the final word on the matter, And it's not a big deal Vuash will be fine. Hassan has like million other platforms he can broadcast on. TJ will be alright and TJ Kirk has a million places to spew his bile.

I don't like or listen to TJ Kirk either anymore, but it's funny how the first instinct of you two is to jump to the defense of multi-billion dollar corporations. The point is, these three banned fellas begged for censorship (as did you) to supposedly protect others from the 'bad guys' out there, and now karma is hitting them back and they are the ones getting the axe. I will defend them, nonetheless, because it's absurd to censor someone for saying cracker and nonsense like that. We all know these websites have TOS. It's not a defense. It's a fact. They have the right to interpret their TOS as they see fit and enforce as they see fit.

Yup clearly didn't watch the Vuashs video refuting this point. There is a difference between supporting TOS and being against bad TOS rulings. So it's not Karma in the slightest. TOS is good a general principle even if there are times it's done poorly

He was comparing TOS rules to Murder laws because it's the same thing. Both are rules that are good even if they aren't always enforced correctly, And clear examples of the kind of places sites become without them.

He is. That doesn't mean that the company doesn't have the right to enforce its interpretation of TOS rules. My like of Vuash is irrelevant to that fact.

Nope, I simply acknowledge they have the right to interpret and enforce TOS. My fondness for Vuash doesn't change that fact.
