Just dropped off the gifts and the food at my daughter's house. Maybe next year. *sigh*

I'm very sorry to hear that awty Sad I hope you still find something positive to focus on this Christmas, even if it's just meeting with your family around a Skype or Zoom call. That's what we did today with one of my family who can't get here because of covid related illness. I just long for the day when all this ends and we can all go back to normal.

That stinks, awty. I woke up this morning with a bit of a sore throat and the coffee tasted weird. I went and got a peppermint and boy, did it have flavor! Just a badly brewed cup of coffee. Sorry about the wreckage of your family party.  Doh

Husband is positive. Doctor is trying to get him on the list for the infusion since he has comorbidities. I also have health issues and don't need to catch this. Dr. told him if he had gotten the booster he would probably not have gotten it. Hopefully that's good news for me since I had the booster at the end of October.

I have undecorated the house. I'm concerned and pissed all at the same time.

Can't get the infusion till next Friday. Guess I will give up breathing for a week, at least.

Christmas dinner...two fried eggs, bacon, and toast.

I'm so sorry to hear that. Hopefully, if it's omicron, it'll be a lot milder than the previous variants, as a lot of people are expecting.

Maybe the miracle pills will be available soon enough? Hang in there. Being pissed is certainly to be expected. May he turn out to be OK. Aren't you on the mend from long Covid? Hopefully this one is less effective on messing up your life, if you get it.

Apologies if I'm prying inappropriately but how's he (and you) doing this morning?
