This is a shitty thing to say, but I'm almost glad my cousin got hooked on drugs. Now everyone doesn't like him as much, and I can stop fantasizing about being better than him. He was rambling like an absolute madman at Thanksgiving, and it wasn't funny like it had been in the past. His personality seems to have changed, for the worse. Oh well.

The wireless headphones I got for Christmas sound really awesome, really nice bass.

I talked to my middle child for about an hour on Christmas Day and was relieved that she seemed to be straight. Still hyper but she was that way long before drugs. We actually carried on as normal a conversation as I have been able to have with her in the last 20 years. I admit to not thinking it's a bad thing that she is 1,000 miles away...I couldn't deal with her insanity on a regular basis...it might be another 6 months before I talk to her again(her choice). I worry most about her two kids but they have other adults in their lives who are adulting so they do have someone to turn to when their mother is on a binge. Dealing with an addict isn't a pleasant thing....we just mark little victories when we have contact and she seems to be off the stuff.
Send lawyers, guns, and money...
Before proceeding with 2022, I need to see the terms and conditions.
