Dude I don't know. I'm like a mad genius who can't actually create anything worthwhile. Same goes for my rap lyrics.

RE: A different perspective
I doubt that you're either of those things. What's up, you suggested that anti social people's opinions and beliefs and positions would always be more logically correct than a normal persons. Why. How, by what mechanism and is there any demonstration of this you'd like to share?

You suggested that it could be argued that our societies would be better organized if they were organized around those peoples opinions, beliefs, and positions. That it would be wiser. Okay. Go ahead. Argue that. Why? How?
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

RE: A different perspective
A normal person's interests and tendencies would have more to do with emotion than logic. Normal people do normal shit, i.e. what everyone else is doing, whether or not it makes any logical sense, is not important to them. An anti-social person's way of doing things, would be much more logical, because an ASP wouldn't care so much (or at all) about doing things the way everyone else does them, meaning the ASP would do things his/her own way, which makes much more actual sense than the other way, because why would you not do things your own way? Why even bother living if you're not going to do things your own way? I suppose that if society was structured according to the ASP's way of doing things, there wouldn't be much of a society left, but who really cares. The world would be a better place to live. Normal people are weaklings, they need society to validate their existence. Anti-social people don't need that.

That's the spirit!  There's alot here.

Quote:A normal person's interests and tendencies would have more to do with emotion than logic. Normal people do normal shit, i.e. what everyon else is doing, whether or not it makes any logical sense, is not important to them.
That doesn't sound very normal to me.

It takes more than not giving a shit what or how other people are doing something to be logical, and, plenty of the time, it might take some understanding of what how or why people are doing something to inform a logical conclusion about it.  I did just mention that anti social people have a particular difficulty there.

I'm sure there are lot's of reasons people could give as to why they bother living that have nothing to do with doing things their own way...I know I could..but, I also do things my own way, so it's kind of moot.   I suppose whether or not the world would be a better place if everyone or more did things their own way would depend on whether those own ways were improvements or flaming dogshit - could be either.

One of the troubles with being anti social, ahri, is that they do need that, but have difficulty getting it or comprehending it.

At the end of the day, I have no interest in giving people what they want, and people don't like that.

Seems like we might be talking about you, again, not anti social people - and there again I couldn't help but suggest that you don't present yourself as a very convincing demonstration of these things you said you could argue, this ability you allegedly have.

Your soul forge. That's you doing the same thing as other people. It's also ludicrous. I'm not sure if you've strung together a coherent thought about it, but maybe your superpower is on the fritz like the forge, and like your rugged ability to not do what other people do. Hell, translated for accuracy, your claim that the world would be better off organized -how you want it to be- is as common as a claim like that can get.

-though, I'll admit, I've never seen anyone make that claim and get it quite as wrong as you do - logically speaking, ofc. Usually people just think we should plant more trees or do more to help the disadvantaged or, you know, make tapioca illegal. Relatively sane shit.

It all makes sense in my head. It turns to shit when I actually write about it.

Sometimes the things that "make sense in our heads" is shit. Again, logically speaking. That's really not far off from a working description of any mental disorder. I think taking possession of that is instrumental to finding our way past it.

I would love to chuck this poser's ass into the Canadian Artic then see how long his "I don't need other people" "civilization is weakness" mindset lasts.
