Perhaps you should consider that people dismiss your claims because they are unfalsifiable and you offer no testable evidence which will pass rational scrutiny. Dismissing your critics as quirky or crazy is puerile and only serves to makes you sound delusional and irrational.
I can't do much better than this. You're smarter than me and I respect your opinion.

We know.
I am the Infantry. I am my country’s strength in war, her deterrent in peace. I am the heart of the fight… wherever, whenever. I carry America’s faith and honor against her enemies. I am the Queen of Battle. I am what my country expects me to be, the best trained Soldier in the world. In the race for victory, I am swift, determined, and courageous, armed with a fierce will to win. Never will I fail my country’s trust. Always I fight on…through the foe, to the objective, to triumph overall. If necessary, I will fight to my death. By my steadfast courage, I have won more than 200 years of freedom. I yield not to weakness, to hunger, to cowardice, to fatigue, to superior odds, For I am mentally tough, physically strong, and morally straight. I forsake not, my country, my mission, my comrades, my sacred duty. I am relentless. I am always there, now and forever. I AM THE INFANTRY! FOLLOW ME!

Note that the soul is still unknown.
Also, some believe that the universe has a great spirit that supports nature.
This means that the whole world, that is, all the creatures of the world, all the galaxies together and apart from each other, have some kind of knowledge and self-awareness.
If we liken the soul to the software in the hardware, when the software dies, it leaves the hardware but is not destroyed.

Not believing God is the creator, but considering the world and all existances as self-awareness, what sub-category do you classify?

As an atheist, I don't 'reject god'. I simply am unconvinced that gods exist.

Some atheists do believe in supernatural, but they are not practicing good skepticism and critical thinking skills, when applied to the supernatural.

Quote:Note that the soul is still unknown.

There is no demonstrable, verifiable evidence that a soul exists. So, there is no justifiable reason to believe a soul exists.

Well...

Good for them believing this. As soon as they are able to provide demonstrable evidence, and reasoned argument to support there claim, why should I believe them?

As David Hume said, "a wise man proportions his belief to the evidence".

Sounds like either 'pantheism' or 'panpsychism'.

You'd believe if you just opened your heart" is a terrible argument for religion. It's basically saying, "If you bias yourself enough, you can convince yourself that this is true." If religion were true, people wouldn't need faith to believe it -- it would be supported by good evidence.

Atheists believe all sorts of things. There’s nothing stopping an atheist believing in ghosts/aliens etc etc.

Not true. A real atheist wouldn't believe in any of that kind of stuff.

See: no true Scotsman.

Not sure if you’re being sarcastic or not but, in case not, there are probably thousands of threads on here from atheists that believe in all sorts of silly stuff.

Ok then what's the point of being an atheist if you believe in all sorts of silly stuff? Wouldn't believing in gods just be one more silly thing? Why make an exception for that one thing?

Are you being disingenuous or do you really not know?
