Moscow killing ukrainian language
Austria and Germany dont killing languages of other nations

Sometimes a person's native language is used like an ethnicity. So Russian-speakers in territory claimed by both Ukraine and Russia generally feel themselves to be Russian.

If Russia wants to reclaim authority over the areas where the majority of people speak Russian, it is not "killing Ukrainian." No effort is being made to wipe out the language.

then, Moscow did not destroy languages, but poorly united them

I don't quite understand what you mean by this.

A lot of countries have people who speak different languages. Sometimes, as in Switzerland, it works out. Other times people feel divided from each other based in part on language.

Ukraine, as you probably know, has a fairly complicated history. When a country's parts keep changing, it's understandable that different language groups will be swept up together.

I mean, the Moscow tsars passed laws against the Ukrainian language. Indeed, the cultural center of Ukraine is in Lviv and Uzhhorod

There's a funny story about cultural exchange back when Glasnost was a thing.

The Soviet Union and America sent two of their most prominent violinists to a conference to discuss greater interaction of classical musicians between the two countries. It turned out that both of the violinists had gone to the same kindergarten in Odessa.

(Not sure if that's true or not.)

No politisation of languages?

But 90% languages are dieing

Going war among languages

Languages are like species, they diverge and evolve from common sources; along the way some go extinct. In our modern era, there are valiant attempts to record, document and even preserve indigenous languages.
