Lauren Boebert will likely lose to Adam Frisch in CO-03, according to NBC9 in Denver after their analysis shows that almost all the remaining ballots come from counties Frisch has carried, whereas the likely GOP ballots have already been counted.

That leaves MTG as officially the dumbest member of the 118th Congress.

MTG held that title even with Boebert in office.

That's Georgia for you. Those people have no sense.

Of course, my state's no better. The people chose DeSatan over Christ.

Yeah, on Monday, I put my DVD copy of Minority Report in the garage as part of a pre-election ritual I’ve explained elsewhere. It looks like it might still have to stay in the garage for a few more days while we wait and see who’s going to actually control Congress.

As someone who grew up with the Religious Right claiming that they were the bulwark keeping us from being totally amoral, It never ceases to amaze me how little of a fuck they’ve turned out to actually give about right and wrong. It probably should have been obvious I’m 2015. And if it wasn’t obvious when Trump started his campaign by being openly racist and somehow his chances at the nomination didn’t end by the time he stepped off the podium for the first time, then it was when Ben Carson’s campaign somehow hung on the question of whether he once stabbed his friend and it was his supporters who vehemently argued “yes, my guy did stab his friend.”

These days, the Republicans’ values are basically this:

@Rev. Rye

I have heard it claimed by some Unitarian Universalists that they spend their Sunday morning worship primarily discussing politics. Did not know if such was true or not, having never attended one of their services.

The sermon is not usually unduly political, but in my limited experience, the after-service conversation is often dominated by politics.

MTG is just more narcissistic about her dumbness, not actually dumber.

Neither have I, J. If I were raised into Unitarianism, I’d probably have grown up a lot less bitter than I did.

Also, it looks like Mark Kelly has won Arizona’s Senate race. If we win Nevada and Maybe even Georgia, we might actually win the Senate.
