A few days ago at work a co-worker asked if i was okay. I was a bit surprised by the question and said, "yeah, why you ask?" She said, "because you are limping." I didn't even noticed i was limping until moments after it was mentioned. I told her i went running just before coming to work and have stress fractures. She goes, "well, maybe you need to take a break from running." Makes perfect sense. So..... the next day i trained for about three hours which included a 70min run. And repeated the same after that day. Nobody at work mentioned me limping afterwards.

Dogs are in group out group creatures.
Hitler liked dogs, well certain breeds anyway.
I expect his dogs supported him in his endeavours.
I can picture in my mind a world without war, a world without hate. And I can picture us attacking that world, because they'd never expect it.

There is a cute guy at work from the area of the world in the east where there is currently conflict. Which I suppose could be stated about any part of the world. His beard makes him appear middle eastern, he speaks both Arabic and Hebrew, but he has a Spanish name.
