Okay, so, it looks like the “MS-13” is just haphazardly photoshopped onto his knuckles in Arial. And doing some cursory looking, does anyone else in MS-13 actually use those symbols the same way Trump’s saying they do? Google Image Search isn’t showing me any other examples. And did any of the arrest documents being used to justify his arrest mention any MS-13 tattoos?

And, perhaps most importantly, even if he is actually a member of MS-13, does this justify just rounding him up in a death camp with no trial?

Frankly, if we gave someone as Ernst Kaltenbrunner due process to actually examine the evidence of his crimes against humanity, there’s ZERO good reason to deny it to a potential grunt in a foreign gang.

I’m seriously considering codifying something I’d call a “Nuremberg Defendant” rule (something I first thought of in the aftermath of the Shari Franke case). If your idea of punishment involves deliberately denying someone long-term something that even the defendants at Nuremberg were allowed to have (whether it’s due process or a fucking bed), you’re probably the worse party in this scenario.

Couldn't agree more. This is what happens whenever and wherever you have a government that views legality as an obstruction rather than an objective.

I would estimate like 70 percent of those workers voted for Trump and now they are sitting at home and probably blaming Biden.

Mack Trucks announces layoffs at Lehigh Valley plant, blames tariffs

Mack Trucks will lay off between 250 and 350 workers at its Lehigh Valley Operations center outside Allentown over the next three months, due to economic uncertainty caused by U.S. tariffs, a company spokesperson said Thursday.

“Heavy-duty truck orders continue to be negatively affected by market uncertainty about freight rates and demand, possible regulatory changes, and the impact of tariffs,” spokesperson Kimberly Pupillo said.

“Today we informed our employees that this unfortunately means we’ll have to lay off 250-350 people at LVO over the next 90 days,” Pupillo said. “We regret having to take this action, but we need to align production with reduced demand for our vehicles.”

I can rule it out, if only because I doubt he can make handwriting with a sharpie look so much like Arial font.
