I've told you no several times. This is where the road ends if we can't progress past possibility.

What does objective evidence of possibility mean?

Say, for example, we erase every elephant from the planet, and all the evidence of elephants along with it. Clearly, elephants don't become impossible as a result, so what "objective evidence of possibility" do we look for for elephants?

Oxygen rich atmosphere, suitable forage, ample water, bearable temperatures...you know, all the shit that an elephant would require.  Maybe throw in some other megafauna, precursor or possible precursor species...a proof of concept. Have you ever been fishing?  Do you often fish in the parking lot..or do you at least look for a puddle before you assume a fish might be there?

No, not if things go as they always have.  Breezy breezes in and out spewing his nonsense.  It's like a one episode that just plays now and then with nothing ever resolved.

After a while you can predict the "plot".

Which word is tripping you up?

A bizarre and pointless analogy, just offer the best evidence you think you have for believing a deity exists or is possible. You seem to be tap dancing around this rather simple question, who knows why.

Dead or alive? Because clearly we can make it happen.

I thought ‘fully functional’ was apparent, per my earlier comments.

I know why, what with my superior mind reading abilities, and in no way related to a decade spent on these and other boards listening to this shit or my deep interest in religious beliefs from an anthropological standpoint. John..like every other contemporary christian, has been profoundly secularized. He knows his faith is supposed to be rational, and evidenceable, these are contemporary truthmakers...but he doesn't know -how- it is so, or can be made so. This is not entirely Johns fault, though he;s certainly no polished apologist. A good amount of it boils down to christianity working as intended. It isn't compatible with such metrics and was never intended to be. It does not acknowledge that they are, in fact, truth making properties in the first place. If a god does the impossible and there's no evidence for it, that doesn't make it false..that makes it miraculous.

Sure, you're the one that's refusing to grant possibilities here, though, eh?  Like I keep saying..you don't believe the shit you say to us, so why would we believe you when you say it?

You have progressed past it, that's clear from your claim to have "many good reasons" for faith that a deity exists. Just give us one, and then we can decide how compelling we find it.

Unless you are saying your faith only works, if you presuppose a deity is possible without any objective evidence, if so then fine. It's just I can't ever remember an apologist throwing the towel in so completely, and at the very first hurdle.
