I doubt his ego would allow him to register this as humiliation, like you he clearly is utterly convinced of his intellectual superiority, you both never shy away from pointing it out, and how do you defeat a blind belief exactly? As for enjoying gloating, you have it exactly backwards there.

Or perhaps because this is an atheist forum, and each arrogant religious person who intrudes here provides the opportunity for resident atheists to again show how stubbornly irrational some religious people can be.  Aside from the taunting on both sides, such discussions help promote atheistic perspectives.
