While referencing a variety of other conspiracy theories, the president went on to complain about “the same old, Radical Left inspired Documents on Jeffrey Epstein.”

Or put another way, Trump, an ardent conspiracy theorist, has come up with a new conspiracy theory about the underlying conspiracy theory, which is a bit like watching a snake eat its own tail.

To the extent that reality still has any relevance in the public discussion, it was the Trump administration that investigated, arrested and charged Epstein. It was during Trump’s first term when Epstein, facing sex trafficking and conspiracy charges, died in 2019 while in custody, and a medical examiner ruled his death a suicide.

But according to Trump, the so-called Epstein files were written by Barack Obama (who left office in early 2017), Hillary Clinton (who left office in early 2013), former FBI Director James Comey (who left office in 2017) and former CIA Director John Brennan (who left office in early 2017).

How could they have “created the Epstein Files” given that they were nowhere near public office when Trump’s own team tried to prosecute him? I haven’t the foggiest idea, and Trump’s weird tantrum never explained how this could even be possible.

I haven't seen it mentioned, but the Trumpleforeskin has nominated his former defense counsel and personal lackey, Emil Bove to the third circuit court. According to whistle blowers, he's the one that ordered the deportation flights out in direct defiance of a court order to stop them.

Corrupt judges on the SCrOTUS, corrupt lawyers being nominated as justices to the circuit courts, and not a fucking thing being done about it by Congress. I have no doubt they will confirm this shit-bag.

Trump Admin to Incinerate 500 Tons of Emergency Food Meant for Children

The Trump administration has ordered 500 metric tons of emergency food aid—enough to feed 1.5 million malnourished children for a week—to be incinerated tomorrow rather than be distributed as part of its ongoing purge of USAID. The high-energy biscuits, intended for children under five living in war and disaster zones, are currently being stored in a warehouse in Dubai and were meant to be shipped out this year, but will instead go to waste due to cuts by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) effectively halting nearly all forms of foreign aid. Current and former aid workers, speaking anonymously for fear of retaliation, told The Atlantic that the sheer scale of waste is unprecedented. Despite repeated assurances from the administration not to eliminate food aid, U.S. warehouses around the world currently house 60,000 tons of food, including peas and cereal originally bound for famine-stricken Sudan, which the administration is now unable to deliver even if it wanted to after gutting USAID and firing logistical experts. According to The Atlantic, the amount of food set to be incinerated tomorrow would be enough to feed every single child currently starving in Gaza.

I am a little confused as to why the Epstein thing is being seen as the potential breaker of the MAGA set. You would think that Trump has never done anything wrong, except all those felonies, and this is the straw that could break the camel's back.

One can only assume that the list would break balls other than Trump's. His seems to be made of Teflon.
