A proposed Constitutional amendment:

The President of the United States shall not refer to any woman as 'Piggy'. Any President who does so will be required to re-enact the rape scene from 'Deliverance'.

Congress shall have the authority to enforce this Amendment with appropriate legislation.

Lindsey Halligan, failed beauty pageant contestant and crackerjack lawyer ('crackerjack' because she apparently found her law degree in a box of Cracker Jack) secured the indictment against James Comey by showing an amended indictment to the grand jury foreman and one other person. The remainder of the jurors never saw the indictment.
