I could think of a few choice words myself.  How dare that scummy creature call anyone Piggy?  I'd have ended up in jail in some foreign country.

A proposed Constitutional amendment:

The President of the United States shall not refer to any woman as 'Piggy'. Any President who does so will be required to re-enact the rape scene from 'Deliverance'.

Congress shall have the authority to enforce this Amendment with appropriate legislation.
