Is there any hadiths by which they derive their conclusions? If not, then I don't see a relationship between Islam and this law.

Thats fucked up even for religion
"Religion is regarded by the common people as true, by the wise as false, and by the rulers as useful" - Edward Gibbon (Offen misattributed to Lucius Annaeus Seneca or Seneca the Younger) (Thanks to apophenia for the correction)
'I am driven by two main philosophies:
Know more about the world than I knew yesterday and lessen the suffering of others. You'd be surprised how far that gets you' - Neil deGrasse Tyson
"Sometimes I wonder whether the world is being run by smart people who are putting us on or by imbeciles who really mean it." - Mark Twain

You are currently experiencing a lucky and very brief window of awareness, sandwiched in between two periods of timeless and utter nothingness. So why not make the most of it, and stop wasting your life away trying to convince other people that there is something else? The reality is obvious.

That actually is an astoundingly good question.

Like with the rest of us I imagine it is the same sort of rights which society gives us.

But corpses have no ability to demand more.

The Ask an Atheist radio show exposed this as a hoax. Not that there aren't 1000 other things to criticize Islam over, but this one is a hoax. We must correct the record when we are wrong.
