Why can't communist become citizens, but Nazis can?

Why can't communist become citizens, but Nazis can?
Quote:Did you know that if you wanted to become a citizen, or a legal resident of the United States, you cannot be a member of a communist party. Not just a member of the Communist party of say, China (which we do a lot business with ironically) but even a communist party member here in the U.S.

Now, while it mentions communist parties, it does not mention the Nazi party, or other fascist parties. It does though mention a ban on those belonging to a "totalitarian party" but that is open to the interpetation of a government official. Also those who "write or publish subversive material" are prohibited. But, who determines what is subversive? Is subversive just simple dissent, if not, when does dissent become subversive?

There are states where they just let you pick any party. You can become a citizen and then declare you're a Commie later. It's not like they will really care to do anything about it now. They have other concerns on their minds.
But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin.

Why would you want to be a US citizen. http://www.dailypaul.com/138686/the-act-...r-problems

Act of 1871. We are corporate citizens. All 14th amendment citizens, which is a BAD THING. Welcome to 1984.

Because the need to accommodate the fact that one of our ruling parties - the republican party - has lots of influential people who are close in sympathy to the NAZIs while the other - the democratic party - doesn't really have many commie sympathizers regardless of what republians say?

So are most other countries.

Over here it's illegal to die:

This is my personal favourite though: In Liverpool, it is illegal for a woman to be topless except as a clerk in a tropical fish store

Indeed, it is a capital offense.

Why do communists have to go through all that, but nazis don't?

Because Nazis were no longer a threat to the nation (yes they are still threats) when the law was made that way...I think. I do not know when the law was created as there was a Red Scare even in the late 1910s and early 1920s.
