Oklahoma law maker breaks the first amendment...... with spelling errors!
November 16, 2012 at 5:07 pm
I thought it was a funny article. Oklahoma law maker Mike Ritze spent a lot of time and money on a lengthly legal battle to errect a 2,000 lb granit block with the ten commandments on public land. After going through all that, you'd think he'd check to make sure everything is up to par with it, right? You'd be wrong. Spelling error.

You'd think $10,000 for a monument would include spell check. Oklahoma is a backwards place. The guy knows it's going to be challenged and probably removed, but wastes his money anyway. Imagine if he gave that $10,000 to the local school district instead... but no, that would be something productive. Le sigh...

You've got this all wrong Festive. He didn't waste his money. That's a $10k dollar bid for a better seat at the right wing table. How is giving ten grand to a school going to increase his electability for higher office in the greater arena of batshit politics?

Quote:"The Ten Commandments found in the Bible, Exodus 20:1-17 and Deuteronomy 5:6-21, are an important component of the moral foundation of the laws and legal system of the United States of America and of the State of Oklahoma,” the original bill to establish the monument stated, according to Think Progress.

That's funny, considering that only six, eight, and nine are actually illegal (and nine is only illegal in court).
No to mention that it is specifically against the constitution to illegalize number one.

On a sidenote "Ritze" \ "Die Ritze" is a german slangword for vagina, kind of like "pussy", you`ll hear it alot in german porn.

The ten commandments are a joke even in the bible. Not the least because there are two sets of them and they're not even the same.
The biggest joke is Thou Shalt Not Kill. Not even the most devout hebrews followed that one. They killed everything. Even children and babies.
Sheep is such a perfect description of these people.

Does not actually violate it.
But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, His Son, purifies us from all sin.
