But to a degree, thesummerqueen. I believe in natural abilities which god gave to each of us, emotional thinking is a feature which men rarely inherit. Right now I think the world needs this emotional thinking.

But it is true, sometimes people who are interested in power are just removing anything related to emotions inside them, even if they're women.

A 50 / 50 council sounds like a better idea to me. Mixing male & female opinions is what I think would make a prefect country.

I don't have time to link to the study right now and I'm sure one of our other members can google it but just recently one was published stating that there is no real difference between men and women in that manner. This is a myth promoted by society so that culture perpetuates it - not a scientific fact. Much like women here in the US joking that men aren't detail oriented because they don't care to tell the difference between shoes or clothes, yet those same men can make point by point analyses of cars or other things they are allowed to be interested in because they are 'manly' interests.

I'm not going to argue the god part, since I'm pretty sure you're going to be left still thinking there is a god. Suffice to say, thus far science hasn't detected a difference. It's only culture that's perpetuating one. Differences lay in the individual, not according to what naughty bits you have. There are good, caring men in this world. They simply don't seek power and money, and don't scream loudly enough for the media to pay attention to them. Mostly because the world has deemed the loud, grunting, power-grabbing, violent men to be the better ones.

It's very likely that men are actually far more in touch with their emotions and are even better suited to analyzing and understanding them.
Most of the world's greatest poets, artists and song writers are men. Like Summerqueen touched on, saying that we as men do not have or do not comprehend emotional thinking is just completely untrue.

Tell Mozart, Beethoven, Tchaikovsky, Clapton, Elton, Martin, Joel and the billions of others that they don't have emotional thinking.

Gender and, by extension, gender roles are completely fabricated. And what the fuck does "emotional thinking" even mean?

I don't think gender or sex matters that much, so I'd rather not put ordinance that forces a governing body to have a certain ratio of sex. We should just change society's opinions about gender and the rest will follow (trickle-down sociology? Haha).
