People could be informed about, love, relationships, politics, courage, the business world, the arts. And science.
Now. Quit deflecting on minor grammar definitions and answer what I am saying.
If I were to create self aware beings knowing fully what they would do in their lifetimes, I sure wouldn't create a HELL for the majority of them to live in infinitely! That's not Love, that's
sadistic. Therefore a truly loving god
does not exist!
Quote:The sin is against an infinite being (God) unforgiven infinitely, therefore the punishment is infinite.
Dead wrong. The actions of a finite being measured against an infinite one are infinitesimal and therefore merit infinitesimal punishment.
Quote:Some people deserve hell.
I say again: No exceptions. Punishment should be equal to the crime, not in excess of it. As soon as the punishment is greater than the crime, the punisher is in the wrong.

I would not expect too much from him. A one track "god" mind is not capable of normal conversation. Expecting logical debate would be a miracle, which is ironic since they believe in miracles.

Mr Infidel I have $1000 dollars in the bank. If you can produce a single logical argument that shows how miracles are impossible, I will give it to you. I know that you aren't going to respond, because you don't know how to do real logic, but I promise I will give it to you, if you can demonstrate how miracles are incompatible with logic.
Please try. Please. I love you and I want desperately to see how brainwashed you are by atheism. Please just try, even for my sake.

No thank you, Nigerian Prince. I am not interested in your proposal.

He made the claim that miracles conflict with logic. How is that shifting the burden of proof? I already produced evidence, which was my testimony.

Personal testimony is not recognized as proof in regards to religious matters. It is simple really. If everyone ran around willy-nilly claiming that they had personal proof that something or anything existed, can you imagine what kind of abnormal turmoil that would cause in society? Especially when they ran around like lunatics stating their beliefs without any proof except "I saw it"? That is exactly why those who hear voices and claim to see things that aren't there are considered asylum worthy.

I am not arguing that a testimony is sufficient evidence to prove spiritual experience was genuine, that would be difficult to do. But a testimony is evidence.
Now produce evidence that miracles are incompatible with logic.
