Oh well in that case I would speculate that influencing what language a nation speaks is an indicator of power, and that Britain, if you take into account size and population has accomplished this amazingly. Seriously though, guys are so worried about this kind of thing there have been lots of studies about it. It turns out that the average size is the same just about everywhere except for one place. Guys from India on average have smaller weenies.
