Unfortunately, theists can turn that quote around to erroneously assert it to themselves. They can make the statement to the effect of having the knowledge of scripture which reinforces their faith and that anyone who does not possess the same knowledge is the blind man attempting to find the right road.

Ridiculous I know, but theistic thinking is anything except.

I've heard it before. However, they have a completely different definition for what qualifies as knowledge, and the only exception for things that qualify is the particular brand of God in question. They demonstrate at every turn that the only exception they make for the degree of certainty they place on their fatih, is their faith. Meanwhile, they reject claims made about countless other Gods for not standing up to their criteria for what qualifies as knowledge. This is what happens when reality and fantasy are indistinguishable. This begins to draw attention to another concept Plato was facinated with...circularity. Wink

What are you talking about? I just said it is possiable to have an objective conclusion different than mine. I simply pointed out that particular 'objective conclusion' did not fit the definition, then I provided the definition.

@ themonkeyman, I know you asked Drich about this, but I have something to say you might not of considered.
God being omniscient, that's all knowing, do you truly believe He wouldn't know exactly what you were thinking, do you think God would make a judgement on a guess?

God loves those who believe and those who do not and the same goes for me, you have no choice in this matter. That puts the matter of total free will to rest.
