Actually I said its unethical and a sin upon the husband if he does so, I don't know where you got "perfectly fine" from but being deceitful is already a part of your nature.
There's no legal punishment as sex is perfectly ok and legal between husband and wife.
If the husband said I don't want to have sex with his wife. This in fact injustice as well for the wife as being married entails sex between the couple. It comes with being married. If the wife said it is is also injustice for the man.
There's no legal ramifications for something that is entailed within a marital contract. Something that is a huge part of marriage.
Maybe the guys you're with London, come chill with in Florida

So imagine this scenario for me sleepy:
The couple are lying in bed
The guy gets horny and wants to have sex
The woman doesn't want to, she has a headache, she's on her period, whatever
She refuses
The husband doesn't listen and instead forces himself on her
That is frowned upon but not illegal? That isn't how it works in a marriage. There are no rules in marriage that says you get your free will taken away when your partner wants to have sex.

Ideally a person should respect his wife. The Prophet, his family, and companions never forced themselves or hurt any woman.
In the Quran if Allah said you can say no to having sex with your spouses.Things would be very different and strange. Saying no for no reason doesn't have any standing as you are husband and wife.
If the wife is ill, hurt than it the husbands to take care of the wife and cherish her.
By a spouse, husband or wife refusing to have sex is infringing on the others rights within the marriage as they are married by a contract where sex is exclusive to them. If husband or wife denies than it is wrong unless the person is ill or hurt.

Where does it say in the quran that a woman has to give sex to her husband?

It's not rape because they're married. They both got into a contract to exclusively have sex with each other. If a husband or wife forces another to have sex there is no emotional or physical trauma. Though it is unethical it is a sin upon the person doing the forcing. There is no legal punishment though
"My husband raped me"
" my wife raped me ". Sex is natural between married couples. Rape is between in consenting person with no relationship to rapist.
Not wanting to have sex has no standing within marriage as the marriage agreement is that you will have sex with another. Not for one spouse to say no I'm good. Don't get married than if you plan on refusing your spouse unless you're sick or hurt
