It's obvious the universe is fine tuned because of the massive amount of life we find just in our own galactic backyard.

This. About 70% of Earth is covered by water, many human habitats are deadly without proper protection, disease, other animals that can harm us, hell, we're not even safe in our own bodies! Fine tuning my ass! When I was young, there was a god with infinite power protecting me. Is there anyone else who felt that way? I actually counted those parts of earth in my initial post, which is actually more telling of how completely untuned this shit really is. And frankly, I think I agree with Napo too: 95% does seem like I lowballed it.
