I have been reading a lot of threads on some Christian forums and most of them say that they would kill their child if God truly commanded them to.

In regard to the OP, no, of course I wouldn't kill my children. But then again, I'm not a psychopathic sheep.

And what's up with the nutters responding to the Jeffrey Dahmer thing? Seriously? My favorite is Phillo127: "NO ONE commenting here, including me, is any better than Dahmer. NO ONE." The utter lack of basic moral sense is simultaneously frightening and hilarious. I lack the words to express my contempt for these deluded fucks.

Nutcases. People can do some severely backwards shit sometimes. At the trials of some of the most notorious serial killers in US history (Richard Ramirez and Ted Bundy come to mind) there were "groupies" who admired them, and I think one or two of them were married. At least the crazies celebrating Dahmer's conversion were assuming he'd repented and turned to god instead of trying to become the girlfriend of a guy whose hobby was raping, torturing, and murdering the very same type of young lady who were fawning over him.

I think sociopaths are often described as charismatic, which could go some way to explain why these people would have fans.

That's pretty much the second best thing if you can't get some sick shithead executed. Just put him/her in a place where there are people of greater moral value who are willing to execute the person for you. Unfortunately it doesn't happen every time, but it happens sometimes.
