Because Exlax's "what if" arguments simply aren't true. For another, he makes fallacious and stereotypical points based on his hatred for conservatives and on his anti-religious bigotry. It would be nothing more than an endless back and forth argument over ideology.
Justice Alito raised those issues that Exlax mentioned and which others were arguing. Basically saying that it was the abortion and certain contraception issues that were being decided on by the SCOTUS. He went on to say that just because this issue was decided on by the Court doesn't mean that employers can opt out of other medical proceedures. Alito based his decision on the "Religious Freedom and Restoration Act" which was signed into law by prez Billy Bob Clinton. He saw that under descriptions defined in that act corporations have to be considered as people too. Furthermore, Hobby Lobby was paying for 16 forms of contraceptives but they objected to paying for four drugs that caused abortions after conception.

A corporation is a legal instrument used by persons. A marriage is a legal instrument used by persons. Just because a person or persons utilize a legal instrument doesn't mean they automatcally forfiet their rights. For example, suppose a married couple bought a house. The house is community property of the marriage. The name on the title of the house might even read something like: John Doe and Jane Doe, a married couple. Would it be a violation of an individual's free speech if the government forbid property held in a community of individuals to be an avenue for political speech? Would it be a violation of free speech for the government to forbid posting a sign that reads, "vote for Obama" in the yards owned by married couples?
I wouldn't say that corporations are being given the same rights as people by SCOTUS. I would say that SCOTUS is deciding that people do not forfiet certain rights just because they ultilize a certain kind of legal instruments.....such as articles of incorporation.

Looks like we won't be paying for Sandra Fluke's contraceptives after all....BHA HA HA HA!!!!!

Despite the fact that women are giving, even conservative who smuggles Viagra are still not getting. This probably explains the morbid conservative hostility towards generous women.
Apparently charity would have been judged a good thing if only conservatives were able to receive any.

It's funny how you never see conservatives bitch about 'activist judges' when they make a bad decision.
Not like it matters much. The court fucked up, but it'll be overturned as soon as scumfucks like Scalia and Thomas do the country a favor and push daisies, because we'll be seeing a new wingnut conservative appointment to the Supreme Court about a week after hell freezes over.

Hopefully the four far left "activist" commie SCOTUS judges, and especially the wicked Wizard of Oz witch, Ruth Bader Ginsburg, will kick the bucket first. No. The Court didn't get it wrong. It was the right decision. In fact, the barack administration was dinged four times over the last 10 days by the SCOTUS. Not a very good week for the far-left.

A theist it appears you don't know how to use your brain.although this ruling does not premit them to opt out of other treatments, anyone can use the same reasons outlined here to deny other treatments in the future.
Poking holes in your religion isn't bigotry. If you had a brain you wouldn't be part of racist, homophobe, sexist, idealogy like conservatism.

I think the precedent is not as bad as people are complaining about. As an Atheist if I opened a company I wouldn't want to be forced to pay for something I disagreed with. Plus how hard is it to buy your own fucking condoms?

Condoms weren't exactly the contraceptives that were the subject of deliberation during this ruling. The decision by SCOTUS essentially allows the owners of Hobby Lobby to play doctor, and that's not even the scariest part of this newly-set precedent. As Esquilax mentioned earlier, imagine if organizations suddenly claimed religious freedom when deciding for others that they won't cover vaccinations or blood transfusions. This is a demonstrably slippery slope, but nothing apparently gets in the way of religious freedom in this country, even when these beliefs have the potential to hurt others.

Well I would be excited to not have to pay for someone's acupuncture or quack alternative treatment that does more harm than good that I disagree with because I'm an Atheist and don't believe that rivers in China have anything to do with health.

Because you don't feel that the beliefs of others (acupuncture) ought to have much of an impact on you - especially as ensconced in law.
:looks at employees of Hobby lobby:
We're looking at an irreconcilable conflict of interest here. Until there are so many employers in this country that no one has to work for any company they don't "agree with" we will always be trampling the rights of the employee, albeit in an unintended and indirect way.
